It’s worrying to worry, so I stopped worrying about my worries for a while and peace came.

It’s a struggle to struggle so I stopped struggling with my struggles for a while and quietness came.

It’s frightening to be afraid so I stopped being afraid of my fears for a while and confidence came.

It’s sad to be sad so I stopped being sad about being sad for a while and compassion for myself came.

It’s angering to be angry so I stopped being angry about all those things that make me angry for a while and forgiveness came.

It gets me down to be down on myself so I stopped being down on myself for being down on myself for a while and acceptance came.
